As I read Tom Siebert's article in MediaPost today about Andrew McKeon launching the Climate Change Foundation a warm, happy feeling came over me. Finally, someone with the financial wherewithal to tackle the major issue of our time, global warming. If succesful, millions of Starbucks customers will pay an extra nickle for their $4.00 latte. You see a nickle is obviously a small price to pay for the future.

Eight days and counting for the new Democratically controlled Congress and no bills passed to slow global warming.

that remains to be seen, imo. with north sea & mexican oil production collapsing, i personally am more concerned with oil depletion and its effect on the global economy ... 2007 should tell us quite a bit about the supply situation
